The Church Women of First UCC continuing experiencing a productive and fulfilling ministry in serving the church, community, and the world at large. Thanks to the commitment of those involved in church circles, a myriad of opportunities reflect the integrated network of service provided through things such as service projects to support Nazareth Children’s Home, various schools within the public school system, a Mother/Daughter banquet, the Southern Conference Women’s Retreat in Brown’s Summit, the Southern Women’s Conference, support to our members in the military, provide bereavement meals to members’ families, and celebrate the United Church of Christ anniversaries. These are but a few of the many ways Church Women continue leading First Church as a model service organization.
